This product line is exactly how they advertise it. I love that it does not use animals for testing. Their products not only serve the normal purpose (like foundation) for the face, it also has ingredients that improve your skin. I love the fact that they have video instruction to use their products, that I find helpful. They even offer a one-on-one video conference with you to help with what your needs may be. Fast delivery if ordered on line and carried at high-end costmetic stores.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order and IT Cosmetics UK sent the wrong shade. It is clearly their error. They refuse to send out the shade I ordered until they receive the product back. It is their error and it is very inconvenient for me to package and send back and then wait for them to send me what they should have sent in the first place. I have no car or printer and also I am putting myself and others at risk with Covid 19 restrictions by taking an additional unnecessary outing to the post office. They also refuse to make it right by shipping the correct product and a return label for me to return the erroneous product. They have lost a customer. I cannot recommend that anyone trust them with your hard earned money. The have lacked the integrity to make right their own error. Most companies are very good about fixing their mistakes and will do it right away.
I ordered the value pack of 3 mascaras. QVC changed my order and now I am getting 2 for the price of 3. Ripping me off. Buying from QVC is a rip off and they take no responsibility. DO NOT BUY IT COSMETICS FROM QVC!
I've contacted this company 3 times inquiring where my order is that was placed 25 business days ago and 21 business days ago I was informed it was shipped. No one will respond to my inquiries and I still do not have my order. Horrible, horrible customer service. I will never give this company a good review to anyone. I've ordered several types of products from several companies and this is the only company that hasn't sent me my order nor have they responded in any kind of helpful way - just received a generic email response indicating they are taking additional precautions due to the pandemic. The least you could do is personally respond and let me know where my order is or refund my money.
I placed an order on May 5th and then I received an Email stating that my order had been shipped on May 7th I have been checking every day since than and it is now the 20th and the tracking number on the ups website states that tracking will be updated once package reaches its facility I have Email this company and called no response and I'm not waiting over an hour for someone to answer this is ridiculous I will be contacting PayPal to get my money back and let them know what my situation.
Placed order 4/29/20. Got in on a mothers day special with gift set. I inquired on the 5th or 6th of May to check on status. Received email my order shipped. When I looked a couple days later to track the order all it said was the label has been created not actually shipped. Here it is the 12th after Mothers day and still no word on my order but they received my 99 bucks. Terrible.
I ordered the wrong shade and called to correct it the next day (the order had not been filled yet). They said they could not make changes to the order once placed-I would have to wait for it to be delivered, then return and exchange it- this all in the middle of the Covid epidemic! (I was trying to prevent an unnecessary delivery). Very inefficient.
